Info for Current and Future Exhibitors

Since 2003, Katherine King, along with the help of Cosmic Connections Crew and a team of the most amazing volunteers, has brought to Nashville the Galactic Expo!  Thus, connecting some of the nation's most gifted readers, healers, teachers and vendors to our community. Each year our Expo attendance has grown, as has our exhibitor list. Below is the information regarding our show that we hope will support our exhibitors as well as inform new vendors they consider sharing your own talents with our community. Nashville has long been considered to be a "City of Light" by many and is now recognized as the "It City" by major publications around the globe. Be part of something special. Be Cosmically Connected. And, join us at the Expo.

The Fairgrounds Nashville offers RV sites with full hook-up for $35 per night. 
Click here to reserve your space with the Fairgrounds.   Fairgrounds personnel will be by each evening to collect payment in cash.

Booth Rental:

With a successful 21 shows behind us, The Galactic Expo sells out of booth space months in advance!  When we sell out so early, there are always cancellations that get filled from our wait list.  It takes a completed application to be on that wait list.  Applications for next year's show are accepted beginning Expo weekend.  Current vendors are placed first.  New vendors are placed beginning July 1st of each year.  

     *  By the close of the 2016 show we were 70% booked for 2017!
     *  By the close of the 2017 show we were 80% booked for 2018!
     *  By the close of the 2018 show we were 85% booked for 2019! 
     *  By the close of the 2019 show we were 95% booked for 2020!
     *  2020 & 2021 Expos cancelled due to covid19.
​     *  2022 cancelled due to side-effects of covid


     We have been sold out of booth space since two weeks after last year's show. 
It is normal for there to be cancellations.  If you want to be considered for a spot, get your application to us and get on our waitlist!
